Audio Waveforms Not Displaying Properly With WebEx Recordings

Problem

The audio waveform of a WebEx recording is not displaying properly on the timeline, or is not showing at all.

Solution

This is due to a recent change Cisco made to the codec that WebEx recordings use. 

To get the proper audio waveforms, you'll need to re-encode your video using Handbrake, a free application.
