Why Is My Video Processing on Screencast?


My video is showing as "Processing" on Screencast. 



This is a new and normal part of the content uploading process, and you generally won't see your content in this processing state for more than a few minutes, though the time this processing takes can go up with longer videos. 

Screencast processes new videos when they are uploaded to create thumbnails, first frame previews for embedding, and transcoding for appropriate streaming if bitrates are too large. 


If you have a video that is stuck processing for an hour or so, try re-uploading that video. If the re-upload gets stuck as well please contact TechSmith Technical Support so we can assist in getting this content uploaded.
