MacOS で Snagit をエンタープライズ環境にインストールするためのガイドライン

MacOS 用 Snagit デプロイメント ツール

Snagit 2026.4.0 以降では、デプロイメント ツールを使用して Snagit の Mac インストール パッケージを設定できるようになりました。この新しいツールはソフトウェアに直接組み込まれており、特定のエンタープライズ環境のニーズに合わせてソフトウェア設定を変更し、エンド ユーザーのマシンにデプロイできる構成ファイルを生成できます。このツールには、Snagit をマシンにインストールした後、以下の手順でアクセスできます。

  1. 新しい Finder ウィンドウを開きます
  2. 「アプリケーション」に移動します
  3. アプリケーションの一覧で Snagit を見つけ、右クリックして、［パッケージの内容を表示］を選択します
  4. ポップアップ ウィンドウで、Contents > MacOS フォルダーを展開し、Snagit Deployment.app を起動します

Snagit Deployment アプリの使用

  1. Snagit Deployment アプリを開いたら、無効にする機能を左の位置に切り替えて、デプロイメントに必要な変更を行います。スイッチは灰色で表示されます。 
  2. 変更を行った後、エクスポートには 2 つのオプションがあります。 
    1. ローカル テスト用にエクスポート：デプロイメント前に設定をテストできるよう、構成ファイルをデプロイ先の /Users/Shared/TechSmith/Snagit にエクスポートします。
    2. デプロイメント オプションをエクスポート：保存プロンプトを表示し、パッケージに含めるデプロイメント ファイルをマシン上の別の場所に保存します。 
  3. このファイルを作成したら、Snagitdeployment.json を /Users/Shared/TechSmith/Snagit の場所にデプロイする必要があります
  4. デプロイ後にファイルが改ざんされる可能性を抑えるため、エンド ユーザーのマシン上でこのファイルの権限を 読み取り専用 に変更することをお勧めします。 
  5. 以下は、ライセンス キー ファイルとともに、この場所がデプロイメント内でどのように表示されるかを示すスクリーンショットです。（Snagit をアクティベートするためのライセンス キー ファイルの作成方法について詳しくは、次のセクションの「Snagit デプロイメント用のライセンス キー ファイルを作成する」を参照してください）

Snagit デプロイメント用のライセンス キー ファイルを作成する
  1. このリンクから Snagit Mac DMG をダウンロードします： https://www.techsmith.com/download/oldversions
    ［製品］ドロップダウンから Snagit Mac を選択し、デプロイする Snagit のバージョンをドロップダウンから選択します。 
  2. 次の場所に移動します： /Users/Shared/TechSmith/Snagit/
  3. Snagit フォルダー内に、LicenseKey という名前のテキスト ファイルを作成します。TextEdit を使用し、テキスト ファイルを作成する前に TextEdit で以下の設定が選択されていることを確認することをお勧めします。TextEdit で設定を変更したら、TextEdit を完全に終了してから再度開き、テキスト ファイルを作成します。ファイル名に .txt 拡張子を付けたり、.txt 拡張子がファイル名に自動的に追加されることを許可したりしないでください。UTF-8 のプレーン テキスト エンコーディングで保存されていることを確認してください。以下の例を参照してください： mceclip0.png

  4. そのファイルをすべてのユーザーにデプロイします。*ファイルを作成するには、ユーザーにそのファイルの読み取り、書き込み、実行の権限があることを確認してください。

  5. ユーザーが初めて Snagit を読み込むと、ライセンス キーが読み込まれ、Snagit のロックが解除されます。

    これは、まだロックが解除されていないバージョンでのみ機能します。以前に入力されたキーが上書きされることはありません。

defaults write コマンドを使用して Snagit の設定を手動でデプロイする

注：これらの設定は、最新バージョンの Snagit Mac で動作します

  • 特定の共有プラグインを非表示にする
    • これにより、特定のプラグインを完全に非表示にして、使用できないようにします。
    • 例：defaults write com.TechSmith.Snagit.plist RestrictedOutputs -array com.techsmith.shareplugin.MSWord com.techsmith.shareplugin.MSPowerPoint <ここにスペースで区切った出力を追加できます>

    • Snagit 2025 以降では、Snagit 内の［共有リンク］ボタンを設定して、Google Drive または Screencast に直接共有できるようになりました。制限された出力と同様に、Defaults Write コマンドを使用して設定できます
    • 例：defaults write com.TechSmith.Snagit.plist ConfigureShareLink -string com.techsmith.shareplugin.GoogleDrive
  • サインインを無効にする
    • これにより、TechSmith アカウントとサインインのオプションを無効にできます。
    • 例：defaults write com.TechSmith.Snagit.plist DisableProductLogin -bool YES
       
  • ライセンス情報を非表示にする
    • ライセンス キー、登録情報、非アクティベーション オプションへの参照を非表示にします。
    • 例：defaults write com.TechSmith.Snagit.plist HideRegistrationKey -bool YES
       
  • 更新の確認を非表示にする
    • 更新の確認メニュー項目、環境設定、更新機能を非表示にします。
    • 例：defaults write com.TechSmith.Snagit.plist DisableCheckForUpdates -bool YES
       
  • 分析トラッキングを無効にする
    • これにより、分析トラッキングを無効にできます
    • 例：defaults write com.TechSmith.Snagit.plist DisableTracking -bool YES
  • 実験的機能を無効にする
    • 実験的機能タブを無効にします

    • フィードバック アンケートへのリンクを非表示にする

  • 更新リングを無効にする（Snagit 2026.4.0 以降）
    • 標準および遅延の更新リングのラジオ ボタンを無効にできます 
    • まず、DisableUpdateRing Boolean が plist に追加されていることを確認します
      例：defaults write com.TechSmith.Snagit.plist DisableUpdateRing -bool YES
    • その後、管理者は次のコマンドを実行して値を 「遅延」に設定できます：
      例：defaults write com.TechSmith.Snagit updateRingKey "delayed"
    • または、次のコマンドを実行して値をデフォルトの「標準」に戻すことができます：
      例：defaults write com.TechSmith.Snagit updateRingKey "standard"
    • 更新リングの無効化を元に戻す
      例：defaults write com.TechSmith.Snagit.plist DisableUpdateRing -bool NO
