What is the 2-year Warranty for TechSmith's software?
When you purchase a license of our software, you are covered for two years from the purchase date if the following unlikely scenario occurs:
- An update of your operating system (macOS or Windows OS) causes your TechSmith software not to work specifically as a result of the operating system update.
What will TechSmith do if this happens to me?
If you update your operating system and this causes the software not to work correctly, and are within 2 years of your purchase date for the software, we will upgrade you to a compatible version of the software for FREE!
