Problem
When installing Snagit an error occurs that says the installation requires Windows Media Feature Pack to be installed.
Solution
Snagit requires the Media Feature Pack to be installed with Windows N. Download the Media Feature Pack based on your operating system.

- Click Start > Settings.
- Click Apps.
- Click Optional features.
- Click Add a feature.
- Locate Media Feature Pack from the list and click Install.
- Once the install is complete, restart the computer.
