Subscription Expired (2nd notification)

Problem

I just received another notice that my subscription is expired. What do I do now?

Solution

This notification means that your Snagit or Camtasia subscription has expired and has not been renewed. Please follow one of the options below based on your situation: 

 

Your software has expired and has not been renewed. If you'd like to keep using the software, you'll need to purchase a new license. Please do so here: https://www.techsmith.com/products.html

After purchasing, please contact Customer Care to update your subscription so you no longer see the subscription expired messaging: https://support.techsmith.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

If you no longer need the software or cannot renew, please follow the steps outlined below to export your captures/videos from Camtasia or Snagit:

If you purchased the software for your company and your users are getting the notification that it is expired and you believe this to be an error, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance with renewing: https://www.techsmith.com/contact.html
