Problem
Snagit displays, "No Network Connection" error when attempting to start and/or sign in.
Solution
Snagit requires a network connection to verify your license. Check the following and try again:
- Wi-Fi is turned on or an ethernet cable is connected.
- Your router (and/or hub or switch) is working.
- Internet connection
If you use a proxy server/firewall, allow Snagit to use the following:
- my.nalpeiron.com
- nsa.nalpeiron.com
- login.techsmith.com
- ports 443 and 80
