Online store orders
You can view your refund details at manage.techsmith.com > Online store orders > History.
You can also find your return credit on your original order's invoice.
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address on the order.
Direct Orders
A confirmation email about your refund will be sent to the email address on the order.
