If you've already purchased online, and need a Tax or VAT refund, you can submit a tax refund request directly with FastSpring, our e-commerce provider. You can also use this process to add your VAT ID to future receipts.
Please visit the FastSpring support site and fill out the form to submit a ticket. You will need to provide:
- A copy of your tax exemption certificate (or VAT ID), and
- Your order number.
