- Visit manage.techsmith.com and sign in to your TechSmith account.
- On the Dashboard, select the ellipses (
) of the product you wish to cancel.
- Select View subscription.
- Choose Cancel subscription.
- After reviewing the information in the popup, select Cancel subscription.
You’ll retain access to the product until the end of the billing period (in this example, March 14, 2026).
After this date, if you wish to continue using the product, you’ll need to re-subscribe.
If you change your mind, you can un-cancel prior to the deactivation date to seamlessly retain access to the product.
