Problem
A share to Screencast.com from the Snagit Editor results in the error:
"Due to security updates, please sign out of Snagit Editor and sign in again to share to Screencast.com."
Please note that this error may occur when a user that is not running at least Snagit 2023 attempts to upload to Modern Screencast. To share content with Screencast.com you will need to manually upload it.
Solution
- Open the Snagit Editor.
- Click the email address in the upper right corner of the Snagit Editor.
- Click Sign Out.
- Click Sign In in the upper right corner of the Snagit Editor.
- Sign in to your account.
