Removing Apple ID from your account

Problem

I am unable to sign in to my TechSmith Account after removing Apple ID as a sign in option.

The error message below may appear:

Solution

This can be solved by following the steps below:

1. Sign in to your Apple ID at https://appleid.apple.com/.
2. Click Manage in the Security section.
   
3. Click the TechSmith App/Website.
   
4. Click Stop Using Apple ID to remove your Apple ID.
   
5. Go to myaccount.techsmith.com and try to sign in again.
