Modify, Repair, Remove when attempting to open software

Problem

When attempting to open Snagit or Camtasia Editor, the Modify, Repair, Remove option is displayed. 
 

Solution

This error occurs when the program is already installed on the computer. This means that the installer is attempting to install the same product version when the software is already installed. The best workaround would be to open the product (Snagit/Camtasia) in the TechSmith folder or search option.

Option 1: Locate the product in the TechSmith Folder

1. Click the Windows icon.
2. Locate and open the TechSmith folder in the menu. 
   
3. Open Snagit or Camtasia Editor.

Option 2: Locate the product in Search Bar

1. Click the Search icon in the Taskbar.
2. Type Snagit or Camtasia Editor and open the software.
