To help streamline this process for our customers, TechSmith provides a Trust Portal at trust.techsmith.com, where you’ll find answers to many commonly asked questions about our security, privacy, and compliance practices as well as copies of documents such as our compliance reports, accessibility documents, EULAs, and more.
Our Trust Portal should answer most, if not all, of your privacy and security questions. The Trust Portal does also include our security team contact information should you have additional questions.

Requesting Access to Documents
Some documents do require our privacy and security team to manually approve access. For these documents, you'll be asked to provide the following in a short pop-up form:
- Name
- Company name
- Email address
You may include clarifying comments in this form as well.
