The Camtasia Starter plan provides full access to Camtasia Snagit, meaning all features are available with no restrictions.
The Starter plan also includes access to Camtasia Editor (with watermark). You can use all features normally available to Camtasia Editor purchasers; however, any videos you export will include a watermark. This means you can install and sign in to start using all of the features in the Editor now. To export videos without a watermark, you will need to upgrade to a higher plan (Essentials or above).
When you sign in to the Editor with a Starter plan, you'll see "Camtasia Editor - Free with watermark" as shown below. No further action is required, and you can begin using the software immediately. Camtasia Editor will not reference your Starter plan.
