If someone assigns you a seat for one of these applications, you’ll receive an email notification titled
"Welcome to [application name]":

As for Snagit and Camtasia Editor, you need a software key to unlock these desktop software products.
To start using a product, you have the following options:
- In the email notification, click Start using [product name].
- Go to manage.techsmith.com. On the Dashboard > Products shared with me, from the product menu, select Go to product.
It's also possible you were sent an invitation access link instead. To start using the software, follow that link and sign in to your TechSmith account. A seat will automatically be assigned to your TechSmith email, and you will be redirected to the product page.
Being assigned a seat gives you access to the product, but only the subscription owner can manage the subscription, billing, purchases, seat managers, or seat reassignment. If you no longer need to use the product, please contact the person who granted you access.
