Exported Video Had Faded or Incorrect Color

Problem

When a project is exported from Camtasia Editor Mac as a MP4, the color is faded or incorrect.

Solution

If your exported video's content is faded or has an incorrect color, please try changing the export color space per the following steps with Camtasia Editor open:

1. Click on the Camtasia dropdown on the menu bar at the top left of your screen.
2. Select Settings.
3. Click on the General tab
4. Change the "Export color space" from BT.709 to RGB
   
   
    
5. Restart Camtasia Editor and try exporting your project again.
