My Screencast Videos are Not Showing Correctly on My Website

Problem

When viewing your Screencast content that is embedded on your personal website, the content will not load or displays as blank.

Solution

This issue occurs when your website's HTML source code has the incorrect embed code or you used an unsupported method for copying the Screencast.com content link. To fix the broken content on your site, please complete the following:

1. Open Screencast.com and browse in your library to find the video broken on your website.
2. Click on the Share button.
   
   
   
   
3. In the Share menu, click the Copy button under the embed code.
   
   Modern Screencast:
   
   
   Screencast Classic:
   
   
   
4. The embed code is copied to your Clipboard.
5. Paste this code into your website HTML to replace the old video embed code.

   To paste from your Clipboard, you can press Control+V on Windows or Command+V on Mac.
