Problem
An error message is displayed: "An error occurred while initializing the camera for capture. Camera video will not be recorded."
Solution
Please complete the following solutions:
- Verify the camera drivers are properly installed. Please uninstall/install the drivers.
- Check that no other application is using the camera.
There are some instances when you will need to reinstall Camtasia Editor after successfully updating the camera drivers.
