Cannot Paste Snagit Images from the Clipboard to Outlook Express

Problem

The paste option is disabled (grayed out) when selecting Edit > Paste and right-clicking the context menu.

Solution

1. Open Snagit Editor.
2. Select File > Editor Preferences > Outputs.
3. Select Email from the left of the list.
4. Enable Paste images as HTML for Outlook Express.
5. Click OK.
