2019 Versions and Later
To install a 2019 and later version of our software, visit our TechSmith's Download Center.
2018 Versions and Earlier
For 2018 and earlier versions please follow the instructions below to find your software key and link to download the correct version associated with your software key.
- Visit manage.techsmith.com and sign in to your TechSmith account.
- Go to the Keys tab.
- Locate key for the version you would like install
- Copy that key to the clipboard then click the link to download the installer
*Not seeing your Snagit or Camtasia key? It may not be saved in your TechSmith account if:
- You purchased it under a different email or through a reseller.
- You purchased an individual subscription (only sign-in is needed to activate the software).
- Someone else purchased for you using their account.

Select Save a key or Save another key.
or -
Enter your software key and select Save key.
- Your software key is now saved in your TechSmith account. You can view the name and version of the software that the saved key unlocks. To download the software, select Download.
