How do I purchase the latest version?
If you no longer have an active subscription, and would like to access the latest version of Snagit, you can purchase from our online store.
I have an active subscription, how do I install the latest version?
You must have an active Snagit Business or Individual subscription to access the latest version. It is highly recommended you check and confirm before installing a new version of Snagit.
- Download your software (download will start automatically, and should recognize your OS)
- If prompted to sign in, sign in with the email you used to purchase
- If you are not prompted to sign in, it's possible Snagit activated automatically. To check to see if you're already activated, choose Help > About Snagit to confirm licensing information.
If you are part of an organization license or someone purchased a license on your behalf, you'll need to contact your internal teams in charge of deployment for more instructions.
