Snagit Crosshairs Lag on Capture with Chrome

Problem

The Snagit cross hairs briefly freeze when hovering over a Google Chrome window.

Solution

This is a known issue that is fixed in Snagit 2019.1.2 and later. Select Help > Check for Updates in Snagit to install the latest version.

Workaround for Older Versions

As a workaround, use a different browser to capture with Snagit.
