Option A: I have my order confirmation
In the order confirmation email, click View Invoice.
Option B: I do not have my order confirmation
- Visit manage.techsmith.com and sign in to your TechSmith account.
- Go to Online store orders.
- Select Invoices
- Next to the needed order, select View invoice.
Your invoice opens in a new browser tab, and you can save it to your device by clicking Download ().
Option C: I don't have additional information other than the charge on my statement
In many cases, often company purchases, an employee uses a purchaser's card to order software.
If you see a charge on your credit card statement from FS* TechSmith (and Option A or B did not help you locate your receipt) please contact our Customer Care team with the following information included:
- The date of the charge
- The charge amount
- The last four digits of the card
- Billing zip code
- The email address where you'd like the invoice sent
An agent will review the information and try and locate your receipt/invoice or provide next steps.
Option A: I have my order confirmation
In the “Thank you for your order” email sent to your billing email address, download the attached invoice.
Option B: I do not have my order confirmation
- Visit manage.techsmith.com and sign in to your TechSmith account.
- Go to Direct orders > Invoices > All Invoices.
- Click the invoice number to view more details.

Do one of the following:
- Email a PDF copy of the invoice to yourself or anyone else.
- Download a PDF copy of the invoice to your device.
