I Need a Copy of My Invoice

Option A: I have my order confirmation

In the order confirmation email, click View Invoice.

Option B: I do not have my order confirmation

  1. Visit manage.techsmith.com and sign in to your TechSmith account.
  2. Go to Online store orders.
  3. Select Invoices
  4. Next to the needed order, select View invoice.

Your invoice opens in a new browser tab, and you can save it to your device by clicking Download (icon_download.png).

Option C: I don't have additional information other than the charge on my statement

In many cases, often company purchases, an employee uses a purchaser's card to order software. 

If you see a charge on your credit card statement from FS* TechSmith (and Option A or B did not help you locate your receipt) please contact our Customer Care team with the following information included:

  • The date of the charge
  • The charge amount
  • The last four digits of the card
  • Billing zip code
  • The email address where you'd like the invoice sent

An agent will review the information and try and locate your receipt/invoice or provide next steps.
