Option A: I Have My Order Confirmation
In the order confirmation email, click View Invoice.
Option B: I Do Not Have My Order Confirmation
- Visit manage.techsmith.com and sign in to your TechSmith account.
- Go to Online store orders > History.
- If you cannot locate the needed event, filter by the Order completed event.
- Expand the Order completed event and select View invoice.
Your invoice opens in a new browser tab, and you can save it to your device by clicking Download ().
Option A: I Have My Order Confirmation
In the “Thank you for your order” email sent to your billing email address, download the attached invoice.
Option B: I Do Not Have My Order Confirmation
- Visit manage.techsmith.com and sign in to your TechSmith account.
- Go to Direct orders > Invoices > All Invoices.
- Click the invoice number to view more details.

Do one of the following:
- Email a PDF copy of the invoice to yourself or anyone else.
- Download a PDF copy of the invoice to your device.
