Cannot Record Screen With Camtasia on macOS 10.15 or Later

Problem

Cannot not record screen with Camtasia because it says I need permission to do so even though I have already gave permission. 

Solution

1. Update macOS to the latest version. 
2. Open your Applications folder
3. Find Camtasia in your Applications folder and move it to the trash
4. Empty the trash
5. Restart the computer
6. Download and install your version of Camtasia from the following link: Desktop Product Download Links
7. Open Camtasia and go through the prompts to allow permission to record the screen
