Problem
The emails received for quiz results no longer contain CSV files to download. Where can I download the CSV files and view the results?
Solution
CSV files are no longer included in the email sent from TechSmith's Quiz Results Service.
Option 1: Download the CSV from the Results email
In order to download CSV files containing your quiz data follow the steps below:
- In the email you receive click the link to associate the the quiz video with your TechSmith account.
- This will take you to results.techsmith.com where you can sign in with your TechSmith account.
- Click the graph icon to view quiz results for that quiz.
- Click the download icons in the upper right to download the CSV files.
- Once you click the link in the email for an individual quiz, you will no longer need to click that link to get future quiz results for that video. To get updated quiz data for that video sign in to results.techsmith.co m to view your quizzing dashboard.
Option 2: Download the CSV from the Knomwia Site directly
When on your Knowmia (formerly TechSimth Relay) site and viewing your video containing the quiz, click on that Quizzing tab, you can click on the button "View Results".
This will display the similar options listed above to download the CSV file for that video.
