Supported Formats
The Knowmia (formerly TechSmith Relay) Classic Recorder and Web Upload option will upload:

NOTES
- Knowmia cannot process QuickTime (.mov) files that contain video encoded with the TSC2 codec. These types of files were created by the Knowmia Mac Desktop Recorder prior to version 5.1.2 (January 2017).
- The Web Upload option is recommended to upload individual files no greater then 4GB. Please use the Knowmia Classic Recorder to upload files that exceed this limit.
For image files:
- Please upload PNG, JPG, or GIF files only, with a minimum height and width of 200 pixels.
