Snagit 2021 crashes when I attempt to open it.
Option 1: Delete License Folder
- Close Snagit if it is open
- Open a Finder window
- Click on Go > Go to Folder...
- Copy and paste in the following: /users/shared/techsmith/snagit/
- Delete the License folder
- Restart Snagit
Option 2: Reinstall Snagit
If Option 1 does not work, please uninstall Snagit by moving the application to the trash, restart the computer, and install this build.
If both options do not work, please contact support.
