You can easily upgrade your Snagit Individual Subscription Plan directly online. To upgrade, please follow these steps:
- Visit manage.techsmith.com and sign in to your TechSmith account.
- Go to the Online store orders tab.
- Select Compare plans.
- Select the plan you wish to upgrade to.
Not sure which plan to choose? Compare plan features to check what's included in each plan. - Review the order summary.
- If you have a coupon, you can apply it by clicking "Have a coupon?" as shown in the image below. However, please note that if you already used a coupon when you created the subscription, you can’t use the same coupon again for the upgrade. If you have trouble applying a coupon, please contact our support team.
- Your order total may be USD 0.00 if you upgrade within 15 days of your upcoming renewal. You do not receive access to the upgraded plan immediately.Instead, on the renewal date, you will be charged the full price of the new plan and will receive access to the upgraded plan.
- Select Upgrade to place your order.
- After you've successfully upgraded your individual subscription plan, you'll receive a copy of your receipt & you can get started immediately using the new features you've unlocked.
