Assess the success and viewer engagement of your content through analytics tracked in TechSmith Knowmia.

Download the Analytics

1. Click the Library tab.
2. Click the  icon on the media and select Download Data.

The video analytics data downloads as .csv file.

Reset the Analytics

Reset data each semester to make it easy to track current students.

1. Click the Library tab.
2. Click the  icon on the media and select Reset Data.
