When attempting to export to Vimeo the login fails and the video is not uploaded.
There may be an error Please sign in and try again.
Solution
Exporting to Vimeo has been removed. The workaround is to export your video locally as an MP4 (instead of directly to Vimeo) and manually upload the MP4 file to the Vimeo website.
