Problem
After recording the screen and webcam, the video and audio are out of sync.
Solution
Please try the following solution:
Change the graphic settings on your computer to High performance:
- Click on your Windows 10 Start Menu and go to Settings
- Go to System
- Scroll down to the bottom and click on Graphics Settings
- Make sure Desktop App is selected under the Choose an app to set preference
- Click on Browse and browse to: C:\Program Files\TechSmith\Camtasia 2024
- Click on CamtasiaStudio.exe and click on Add
- Click on Options and then select the High performance option
- Repeat steps 5-7 above except add CamtasiaRecorder.exe instead

Note that pausing cause your recording to become out of sync. We recommend using the Pause functionality only in rare situations.
