You may need to allow certain URLs to communicate in your environment in order to upload directly to Screencast from our products, or in order to access and view content hosted on Screencast.
Solution
Screencast needs the following URLs to operate -
- https://cdn.screencast.com/
- https://tscscreencastliveeast.blob.core.windows.net/uploads/
- http://thumb.screencast.com/
- http://content.screencast.com/
- http://www.screencast.com/
- http://api.screencast.com/
- https://tscscreencastlive.blob.core.windows.net/uploads/
- https://app.screencast.com
