At manage.techsmith.com, you can add seats to your subscription before renewal:

Snagit/Camtasia: If you purchased a new Business License subscription from TechSmith's online store after February 12, 2025, you may have the ability to add additional users. Add Seats Online.
Need to renew fewer seats?
- Online store orders: Please contact us ahead of the renewal date.
- Direct orders: Please use the Seats tab to unassign the seats that you do not wish to renew.
After this, please contact us ahead of the renewal date.
To renew your subscription with more seats:
- Visit manage.techsmith.com and sign in to your TechSmith account.
- Go to the Online store orders tab.
- Check the renewal date for your subscription.
Wait for the subscription to enter its renewal window (less than 15 days until the renewal date). -
During the renewal window, next to the product, click Add seats.

Screencast Pro: To purchase additional seats, please contact our sales team.
Camtasia Audiate (monthly): It's not possible to purchase additional seats for a monthly subscription.
- Enter the new number of seats. For example, to add 3 seats to your 4-seat Assets for Snagit subscription, enter 7.
- Click Proceed to view the order summary.
- You will not be charged now – the price for the added seats will be added to the renewal price of your current seats. Confirm that you would like to add seats.
- On the renewal date, the total for both previously purchased and newly added seats will be charged together in one invoice.
- You can view the purchased seats as Available. Use the Manage seats option to assign seats to end users.
