At manage.techsmith.com, you can add seats to your subscription before its renewal:

To renew your subscription with fewer seats, please contact our sales team.
To renew your subscription with more seats:
- Visit manage.techsmith.com and sign in to your TechSmith account.
- Go to the Online store orders tab.
- Check the renewal date for your subscription (in this example, September 26, 2023).
Wait for the subscription to enter its renewal window (less than 15 days should remain until the renewal date). - During the renewal window, next to the product, click Add seats.
- Enter the new number of seats.
For example, to add 3 seats to your 1-seat Video Review subscription, enter 4. - Confirm that you would like to add seats.
- You will not be charged now – the price for the added seats will be added to the renewal price of your current seats.
On the renewal date, the total for both previously purchased and newly added seats will be charged together in one invoice.
To renew a different number of Snagit, Camtasia, or classic Screencast Pro licenses, please contact our sales team.
As for the Camtasia Individual subscription, it is for single users only: each license must be associated with a unique email address.
