If someone purchased a subscription and then transferred it to you, you receive an email notification. Use this link to visit manage.techsmith.com and accept the transfer.
After you accept the transfer, you will have full control over subscription updates, renewals, and seat assignments. The previous owner will not be able to access the subscription anymore.
To accept the transfer:
- Visit manage.techsmith.com and sign in to your TechSmith account.
- Go to the Direct orders tab.
- Select Invitations.
- Next to the subscription, click Select and continue.
- If you never placed any direct orders, fill in your billing details.
- If the subscription has auto-renewal on, add a credit card.
- Confirm that you would like to become the new subscription owner.
- You can now manage the subscription instead of the previous owner.
However, you cannot view the subscription history, invoices, payments, and refunds that took place before the transfer.
