From the Dashboard, select the ellipses
of the product you wish to cancel.
- Select “View Subscription

Choose “Cancel Subscription”

After reviewing the information in the popup, “Cancel Subscription”
You’ll retain access to the product until the end of the billing period (in this example October 10, 2025).
After this date, if you wish to continue using the product, you’ll need to re-subscribe.
If you change your mind, you can un-cancel prior to the deactivation date to seamlessly retain access to the product.
At manage.techsmith.com, you can cancel your subscription for these products:

To cancel your subscription:
- Visit manage.techsmith.com and sign in to your TechSmith account.
- Go to the Online store orders tab.
- Next to a product, click
> Cancel subscription.
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period (in this example, July 29, 2025). On this date, your subscription will be deactivated, and access to the product will end. You will not be charged again.
- If you still wish to proceed, confirm the cancellation.
If you change your mind, you can un-cancel the subscription anytime before the deactivation date.
*If you cancel your Screencast Pro subscription, after the end of the billing period, your account will switch to a free Screencast account.
Videos that have not been viewed within the last 12 months will be removed, and additional content cannot be uploaded until the total video count goes back to 25. See our content deletion policy.
At manage.techsmith.com, you can cancel your subscription for these products:

To cancel your subscription:
- Visit manage.techsmith.com and sign in to your TechSmith account.
- Go to the Direct orders tab.
- Select the subscription that you would like to cancel.
- Select Manage subscription > Turn off auto-renewal.
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period (in this example, August 10, 2025). On this date, your subscription will expire, and access to the products will end. You will not be charged again.
- If you still wish to proceed, confirm the cancellation.
If you change your mind, you can turn auto-renewal back on anytime before the expiration date.
Also, if your subscription expires, you will have 30 days to renew it.
To cancel one out of a few products in your subscription, follow these steps:
- Select Add seats or products.
- Next to a product, click Cancel (
).
- Click Calculate and place the zero amount order. You will not be able to undo your order.
- The product that you canceled will remain active until the end of the billing period (in this example, August 10, 2025). On this date, your access to this product will end.
*If you cancel your Screencast Pro subscription, after the end of the billing period, your account will switch to a free Screencast account.
