Update My Name on the Snagit/Camtasia Certificate

Follow these steps to update your name for your TechSmith account:

1. Visit www.techsmith.com/learn/certification/. Make sure you are signed in to the site.
2. Visit manage.techsmith.com and sign in to your TechSmith account.

3. On the Dashboard tab, select Manage account () > Edit profile.

   

4. Update your name. Even if it is correct, please retype it.

   

After you save the change, the new name should appear on the certificate at www.techsmith.com/learn/certification/

1. In the upper-right corner, click your user icon and select My Profile.

   

2. Select View certificate.
