Problem
The Snagit trial has ended, but I need more time with the trial.
Solution
The free trial of Snagit is a fully functional 15-day trial.
You can reset the trial one time to receive 15 more days of the trial period.
- Open Snagit.
- In the expired trial dialog, click Enter Software Key.
- Type RESET and click Unlock Snagit.
If Unlock is greyed out and cannot be clicked, the trial was already reset one time and so cannot be reset again. To continue using Snagit, please enter your software key. See this support article.
- Click Continue Trial.
- Snagit opens, and you can continue using the trial for 15 more days.
- Open Snagit.
- In the expired trial dialog, click Enter Software Key.
- Type RESET and click Unlock Snagit.
