This indicates you are using a username or password that was disclosed as part of a breach in the past with some other organization or company.
Use the Reset password option in the email.
Or, follow these steps:
- Visit manage.techsmith.com and sign in to your TechSmith account.
- On the Dashboard tab, select Manage account () > Reset password.
- You will receive a password reset email at your TechSmith email address. Confirm that you would like to proceed and enter a new password.
- If you are signed in to any TechSmith products or services (Snagit, Camtasia, Screencast), please sign out, and then sign in again with the new password.
