Kaspersky Antivirus
This is an issue we have seen caused by Kaspersky security software. The best workaround is to disable the anti-banner feature or specifically add an allowed exception. See the Kaspersky Support Center.
Brave Browser
We have also seen this problem when using the Brave browser. In this case, please use a different browser.
