If you purchased directly from TechSmith and have the original receipt, you can locate your key under Software Key below that product.
We will send your software key after a new license purchase, upgrade purchase, and for free upgrades included with active Maintenance agreements.
- You can check your email inbox and junk or spam folders for any emails from TechSmith. Search for keywords such as Camtasia, Snagit, or TechSmith.
- If you have your Maintenance ID number (as shown below in a Maintenance Agreement email) but cannot find your software key, please submit a ticket. Our customer service team can use your Maintenance ID number to search for your key.
