Online Store Orders
- Visit manage.techsmith.com and sign in to your TechSmith account.
- Go to the Online store orders tab.
- Go to Account.
- Click Manage payment method.
Another option is to visit techsmith.onfastspring.com/account and enter the email address associated with your account.
In your inbox, open the “Manage Your Orders” email and follow the link:
- Go to the Subscriptions tab.
- Next to the product for which you want to update the credit card, select Manage > Update payment method.
- Select Add Payment Method and add a new credit card.
- Next to the card, select Use This.
The credit card is marked as Current and will be used for the next payment on this product.
Further troubleshooting
- If your renewal payment fails again, make sure that you have selected Use this next to the correct card (see step 8 above).
- If the correct card is set as Current, but the renewal payment keeps failing, please contact your card issuing bank to confirm that they are not blocking the transaction.
To edit your account details:
- Visit manage.techsmith.com and sign in to your TechSmith account.
- Go to the Online store orders tab.
- Go to Account. You can view the details that you entered during your newest order.
- Click Edit details.
- Update the details:

Account information – If you change your name, phone, or company, they will be updated on all existing orders and will be used for all future purchases (new products, renewals, additional seat purchases).

Billing and shipping address – If you change your address, it will be used ONLY for the new products that you purchase.
To also update your address ahead of renewals or additional seat purchases for the products that you are already using, please submit a ticket.
Direct Orders
In manage.techsmith.com > Direct orders, you can:

View the payment method that was used to purchase a particular subscription. In this example, Audiate was purchased with a purchase order. |

Change the payment method that will be used by default for all future direct orders:

To edit account details for your future direct orders:
- Visit manage.techsmith.com and sign in to your TechSmith account.
- Go to the Direct orders tab.
If you have multiple subscriptions, it does not matter which subscription page you have open—your account details will be updated for all of your subscriptions in direct orders.
- Click Edit details.
- Update your account details:
- Account information – Company name.
- Billing address – Used to generate invoices. Also, important information about your direct orders will be sent to your billing email.
- Shipping address – Used to calculate taxes. Also, additional information about your direct orders will be sent to your shipping email.
If you would like to update your account details on an already generated invoice, please submit a ticket.
