To add seats/users of Snagit, Camtasia, or the Camtasia/Snagit bundle to your existing Business License subscription (formerly known as a maintenance agreement), we can serve you in two ways:
- If you need a quote or want to use a Purchase Order, please contact our Sales team at software.sales@techsmith.com.
- If you do not need a quote and would like to make a purchase with a credit card, you can contact our Order Entry team by calling +1.517.381.2002.
For both options, please provide the following information:
- Subscription ID (previously your Maintenance agreement number).
- The number of desired seats to add to the license.
- What product you are interested in.
As of February 12, 2025 all active maintenance was converted to business license subscriptions with the release of Snagit 2025 & Camtasia 2025. Learn more about maintenance transitioning to Business License subscriptions HERE.
If you purchased a new Business License subscription from TechSmith's online store after January 14, 2025, you may have the ability to add additional users to your subscription online by visiting manage.techsmith.com. For additional information, see the online orders section of this article.
