If you purchased a product subscription in our online store, follow these steps to add more seats:
- Visit manage.techsmith.com and sign in to your TechSmith account.
- Go to the Online store orders tab.
- In the product card, click Add seats.

It's not possible to purchase additional seats for a monthly subscription.
Snagit
CamtasiaIt's not possible to purchase additional seats for Snagit and Camtasia Individual subscriptions as they are for single users only.

To purchase additional seats, please contact our sales team.
- Add seats to your subscription in New total seats. For example, if you have 6 seats and need 2 additional ones, enter 8.
- Click Proceed to view the order summary.
- You can view the total prorated price for the added seats, including taxes (you will be charged only for the time that remains until the current subscription end date). Click Purchase seats.
- Your order is placed, and you can view the purchased seats as Available.
- Click > Manage seats to assign these seats to end users, so they can start using the product. See this support article.
Didn’t receive an invoice at your TechSmith email address? Go to the History tab to get a copy of the invoice.
If you're adding seats within 15 days before renewal, you won't be charged now – the price for the added seats will be added to the renewal price of your current seats. On the renewal date, the total for both previously purchased and the newly added seats will be charged together in one invoice.
If you purchased a subscription directly via our sales team, follow these steps to add more seats or products to your subscription:
- Visit manage.techsmith.com and sign in to your TechSmith account.
- Go to the Direct orders tab.
- Select the needed subscription.
- Click Add seats or products.
- In New total seats, add more seats to your subscription. For example, if you have 6 seats, and need 2 additional ones, enter 8.
- You can also add more products to your subscription.
- Click Calculate to view the order summary.
It's not possible to purchase additional seats for a monthly Camtasia Audiate subscription.
Can't add other seats or products you're interested in? Please contact our sales team. - Order price (additional seats, new products, tax amount) are prorated.
This means that instead of the full yearly or monthly price, you will be charged only for the time that remains until the current subscription end date.
- If everything looks good, click Check out.
- Select a payment method for your order.
- Confirm the purchase.
- Your order is placed, and you can view the purchased seats as Available.
- Click Manage subscription > Manage seats to assign the seats to end users, so that they can start using the product. See this support article.

If you used a purchase order, please make the payment within 30 days. See this support article.
If less than 30 days remain before renewal, you can renew your subscription early with additional seats. The price for the added seats will be added to the renewal price of your current seats.
You will keep the same renewal date. For example, if a subscription expires on November 23, 2024, and you renew it early, the next renewal date will be set to November 23, 2025.
