Add Seats to My Existing Subscription

At manage.techsmith.com, you can update your cloud product subscription:

If you purchased a product subscription in our online store, follow these steps to add more seats:

  1. Visit manage.techsmith.com and sign in to your TechSmith account.
  2. Go to the Online store orders tab.
  3. In the product card, click Add seats.

    It's not possible to purchase additional seats for a monthly subscription.

    It's not possible to purchase additional seats for Snagit and Camtasia Individual subscriptions as they are for single users only.

    To purchase additional seats, please contact our sales team.

  4. Add seats to your subscription in New total seats. For example, if you have 6 seats and need 2 additional ones, enter 8.
  5. Click Proceed to view the order summary.
  6. You can view the total prorated price for the added seats, including taxes (you will be charged only for the time that remains until the current subscription end date). Click Purchase seats.

  7. Your order is placed, and you can view the purchased seats as Available.
  8. Click icon_ellipsis.png > Manage seats to assign these seats to end users, so they can start using the product. See this support article.

Didn’t receive an invoice at your TechSmith email address? Go to the History tab to get a copy of the invoice.

If you purchased a subscription directly via our sales team, follow these steps to add more seats or products to your subscription:

  1. Visit manage.techsmith.com and sign in to your TechSmith account.
  2. Go to the Direct orders tab.
  3. Select the needed subscription.
  4. Click Add seats or products.

  5. In New total seats, add more seats to your subscription. For example, if you have 6 seats, and need 2 additional ones, enter 8.
  6. You can also add more products to your subscription.
  7. Click Calculate to view the order summary.

    It's not possible to purchase additional seats for a monthly Camtasia Audiate subscription.
    Can't add other seats or products you're interested in? Please contact our sales team.

  8. Order price (additional seats, new products, tax amount) are prorated.

    This means that instead of the full yearly or monthly price, you will be charged only for the time that remains until the current subscription end date.

  9. If everything looks good, click Check out.

  10. Select a payment method for your order.
  11. Confirm the purchase.

  12. Your order is placed, and you can view the purchased seats as Available.
  13. Click Manage subscription > Manage seats to assign the seats to end users, so that they can start using the product. See this support article.
