At manage.techsmith.com, you can purchase additional seats for your cloud product subscription:

As for the Camtasia Individual subscription, it is for single users only: each license must be associated with a unique email address.
Select an option below based on how you purchased the subscription:
If you purchased a product subscription in our online store, follow these steps to add more seats:
- Visit manage.techsmith.com and sign in to your TechSmith account.
- Go to the Online store orders tab.
- In the product card, click Add seats.
Not seeing the product? Visit our online store to purchase a new subscription.
- Add seats to your subscription in New total seats. For example, if you have 1 seat and need 3 more, enter 4.
- You can view the prorated price for the additional seats. The actual charged amount may be larger due to taxes.
- Click Purchase seats.
- In the product card, select Manage seats to assign the purchased seats to end users, so that they can start using the product. See this support article.
- If you don’t receive an invoice at your TechSmith email address, go to the History page to get a copy of the invoice.

If you purchased a subscription directly via our sales team, follow these steps to add more seats:
- Visit manage.techsmith.com and sign in to your TechSmith account.
- Go to the Direct orders tab.
- Select the needed subscription.
- In the product card, click Add seats.
Not seeing the product? Add it from this page or visit our online store.
- Add seats to your subscription in New total seats. For example, if you have 3 seats, and need 2 more, enter 5.
- In the Order summary section, click Calculate.
- You can view the prorated price for the additional seats, as well as the tax amount and the final order total. Click Purchase.

- In the product card, select Manage seats to assign the purchased seats to end users, so that they can start using the product. See this support article.
- If you don’t receive an invoice at your TechSmith email address, go to the Invoices page to get a copy of the invoice.
