In manage.techsmith.com > Direct orders > Invoices, you can view all invoices associated with the orders that you placed through our sales team.

You can pay with a check, wire transfer, or credit card.
For information on how to pay a direct order with a check or wire transfer, please follow the instructions provided in the PDF copy of the invoice. If you cannot locate a PDF copy of the invoice, see this support article.
After we receive your check or wire transfer payment, in manage.techsmith.com > Direct orders > Invoices, the invoice status changes to Paid.
To pay an invoice for a direct order with a credit card:
- Visit manage.techsmith.com and sign in to your TechSmith account.
- Select Direct orders.
- Make sure that the credit card is added to your account.
- Select Invoices > Unpaid Invoices.
- Next to the invoice, click Pay with card, and then select one of the credit cards added to your account for direct orders.
