Submit a Ticket Using the Contact Us Widget

To submit a ticket to our Technical Support or Customer Care teams, please follow these steps:

1. Sign into the support.techsmith.com.
2. In the bottom right corner, click Support.
   

   

3. Click Contact Support, then select Submit a Ticket.
   

      

4. Select the category for your issue. Fill out the form and click Send.
