My Direct Orders Are Blocked

Problem

At manage.techsmith.com, in Direct orders, this message appears: “Sorry, your account was blocked to prevent new purchases.”

Solution

This message appears when we have not received payment for a purchase order by the due date.

Please submit the payment on all of your unpaid invoices. See Pay an Invoice for a Direct Order
If after 24 hours, new purchases are still blocked, submit a ticket.
