If someone purchased a subscription, and then added you as a seat manager for it, you receive an email notification.
To manage seats:
- Click the link in the email notification. Or, go to manage.techsmith.com.
- Sign in to your TechSmith account. If you don't have an account yet, you will need to create it.
- On the Dashboard > Products I manage, from the product menu, select Manage seats.
- You can now assign seats to end users. See Grant Someone Access to a Product.
You can stop being a seat manager at any time. After you resign, you won't be able to view to assign the subscription seats.
