Start a Review

1. Sign in to TechSmith Video Review.
2. Click the Start Review button.
   
3. Drag and drop a video or image file onto the Upload Media dialog or click the Browse for File button.

   MP4, JPEG, or PNG file formats are supported.

1. Enter a title.
2. Click Date button to set a review deadline. (Optional)
3. Enter a description. (Optional)
   The description appears in the reviewer email request.
4. Click the Create Review button.

Set the Reviewer Access Settings:

• Only added reviewers: Reviewers must be invited by email and sign in using a free TechSmith account to access the review.
• Anyone with the link: Anyone with the link can access the review. Reviewers enter a temporary display name to enter review comments. Click the Copy button to copy the URL to the clipboard to share the review.

Invite Reviewers by Email:

1. Click the Manage Reviewers button.
2. Enter the reviewer's email address into the field. Separate email addresses with a comma or semicolon.
   
   
   To invite a group of users, click the Groups dropdown and select a user group. See Add User Groups.
   
3. Click the Add button.
4. The list of pending invites appears below. Click the Save button to send a review request to the email addresses entered.
